In Store Return / Exchange Policy

At VELO we pride ourselves in ensuring our customers are satisfied with the products / services that they choose to source from us. It is our opportunity to offer service levels above our competitors in the market. When a customer requests a Return / Exchange the following guidelines apply:


  • Under 30 Days – 100% refund for unused product

  • 30-90 Days – 100% in store credit for unused product

  • Over 90 Days – Trade in process applies – unused or used product – At the discretion of management

  • Returns / Exchanges for used product under 30 days on approval of management

  • All SALE items are Final Sale


Online Purchase Return / Exchange Policy Statement:

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value or upgrade. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
