In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

At VELO, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness:

  • Within 30 Days: 100% refund for unused products.
  • 30–90 Days: 100% in-store credit for unused products.
  • Over 90 Days: Trade-in options available for unused or used products at management’s discretion.
  • Used Products (Under 30 Days): Returns or exchanges require management approval.
  • Sale Items: Final sale – no returns or exchanges.

Important:

Refunds for credit card purchases must be processed to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. This is required by payment processor agreements and aligns with industry fraud prevention practices.


Online Purchase Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.
